Back in 2011, the team behind PiCo built a platform to help retailers move their paper & plastic loyalty cards to the smartphone. Problem was, most stores had old or inflexible Point-of-Sale systems that made it difficult and expensive to deliver retailers a fully integrated solution.
From this experience, PiCo was born and exists today as a unique combination of plug & play hardware and highly scalable cloud-based software to give physical retail stores of any size a quick, cost effective and flexible way to manage shopper interactions with P.O.S in real-time.

The 2 founders of PiCo are digital pioneers in Australia with over 40 years of digital experience between them. Founder & MD Andrew Lowe has been building & working for innovative digital businesses since 1994, while co-founder and CTO, Tony Nguyen managed digital transformations for some of Australia’s largest Financial Services & Healthcare companies. Together, Andrew & Tony built a platform and services provider focussed on the digital transformation of physical retail stores.
Current & past clients range from international brands like Bauer Media, Krispy Kreme, Stella Artois, Subway & Weightwatchers, through to Australian household names like AMP, Bakers Delight, Caltex, Thomas Dux & Metcash.
